Jesus cares for you.
Jesus knows your present circumstances and even your very thoughts. And He is calling to you now: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) Real rest from the burdens of life is what He wants to offer you. Rest from fear and guilt, from worry and frustration, from loneliness and disappointment.
If you are struggling under life's pressures, Jesus offers to bear your burdens: "Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:29-30)
If you are searching for peace of mind, Jesus offers you His peace: "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27)
At this very moment, Jesus cares for you and wants to meet your needs. Jesus, the Son of God, became a man to redeem you from the consequences of sin. In His 33 years on earth He encountered rejection, betrayal, abuse and cruelty. He endured hunger, thirst and pain when He died on the cross to fulfill God's plan of salvation. "But he was pierced or our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5) When He arose from the grave, He triumphed over sin and death, promising all who will receive Him: "Because I live, you also will live." (John 14:19) As the risen Son of God, He has power to forgive your sins and give you new life.
He offers encouragement and fellowship. Through His Word, the Bible, He reveals a new way of living in harmony with God and man. Jesus Himself sits at the right hand of God representing those who have put their trust in Him: "Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." (Hebrews 4:16)
Receive Jesus as your Savior and Lord and Savior today. Then you too can know that faith, hope and love are found in the relationship with Him.
"The word is near you, it is in your mouth and in your heart, that is, the message concerning faith that we proclaim: If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved." that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." (Romans 10:8-10)
You can speak to God right now by saying: "Father God, I believe that You sent Jesus to die for my sins and then raised Him from the dead so that I can be reconciled to You. I now turn from my sins and my own way of living and I surrender my life to You. Help me to follow Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for forgiving me and for saving me and giving me a brand-new start."
